Impressive finish by Al Wathba Stable’s Massa Tonbakji

The HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Festival 2020 CEN100 ladies race yesterday saw an impressive finish by Al Wathba Stable’s Massa Tonbakji riding the 10-year-old bay gelding Abu CKO Persik. The pair achieved an average speed on the course of just over 29kmph with an average recovery time of 3.58 during the four-loop race.

Al Wathba also claimed second place with

riding EO Raqusua achieving an average speed only .02 of a second behind winner Massa.

Dubai’s Al Dubawi Stables took third with Nouf S. Al Nuaimi riding the South African seven-year-old Steyl Trouble.

The race in Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi saw a total of 157 starters with 87 eliminated throughout the course and 70 finishers. In total, 63 stables were represented with riders of 36 nationalities.
